new products to meet a variety of outdoor recreational needs.

Press Release Body: VersaStandT Products Division has signed exclusive
distributorship contracts with Plymouth Industries and developers Andy and Jill
Masek. The VersaStandT Table features a heavy duty table that is designed to fit
any standard receiver hitch, at two different heights. Its uses are endless;
outdoor recreation, family picnics or tailgating! The VersaStandT Decoy Stake Hole
Punch is the newest in the VersaStandT Products line and the first in the waterfowl
category. This product is designed to use in any kind of soil, and is particularly
effective in frozen soil! It allows you to punch a hole by using the upper section
like a hammer -- no weight or excessive force needed.

These product additions continue the mission of VersaStandT to offer quality
products that are safe, sturdy, and environmentally friendly and made for the
outdoors. Products for the ATV/UTV industry include the VersaStandT Tree Shear and
its signature product, the VersaStandT. The VersaStandT is a platform with seat
that attaches to an ATV/UTV cage or roll bar and offers flexibility not available
with a conventional hunting stand. Other products include the VersaStandT Trailer
and VersaStandT FireAction Target Systems. VersaStandT Trail Snacks, a line of
non-perishable snacks that pack easily and provide energy on the trail will be
launched in early 2008.
